it's really nice but he does feel a little bad about it too since Ritsu feels bad about everything there are like, things where Lancer doesn't really understand... shame or embarrassment in certain situations

and Ritsu doesn't have a reasonable explanation for it so he feels like he should agree and be less anxious about everything but he can't.

Up until she started feeling numb, there wasn't a lot of thought other than "i am in so much pain right now" and also "other people are here". Now she's sort of under the impression that holding hands actually makes pain go away but then Coco and Kit left and she still didn't feel anything. So. Now she's mostly thinking a combination of "why don't i feel shit anymore" and "oh god the floor is bloody i need to fix that later". The not feeling pain thing is welcoming rn because. Pain. But later on she will be a little "whyyyyy, i'm not normal at all fuck" and then the tipping to unsafe will begin.

like while removing his magic is a serious psychological blow! it still does not put him on the same level as Ritsu. he is stronger, smarter, and unlike Ritsu, has some manner of confidence and determination

it just isn't even a question.

the exceptions being things like "Japanese history quiz show" which Ritsu would still be bad at but Lark would just be completely disadvantaged and lost
