Description of powers: Misdirection - lets Kuroko put focus away from himself, allowing himself to move freely. It's not a psychic ability so much as a tactic that takes advantage of his faint presence and his observational ability.
Sage's defensive power - Life transfer. Takes energy out of one thing, and puts it into another. Could be used to drain energy and energise the self, or heal another at the cost of your own energy. Requires physical contact. Can also be used between two third-parties, with the user as a conduit.
Strength/Extent of powers: "Misdirection" for himself doesn't work beyond around ~30 minutes; afterwards, he becomes visible. However, when he overexerts himself with "Misdirection", he may cause "Misdirection Overflow", which means everyone on his team but him are temporarily invisible.
Memory related: Yes.
Relation to memory: Kuroko's only aware of his ability after Akashi helps him - so it's not something he'll figure out until after he gets the memory. He'll still be quite unnoticeable to other people, but he probably won't have the mind to use his faint presence as a weapon. Additionally, his other abilities are moves he created to counter tough basketball rivals, so it's likely that he won't really think of recreating these in game until he gets the memories. Basically, they're all locked.
Effect of the powercap: No powercap, because these all have their own weaknesses and are also within the ability range of a human.

ALSO I SHOULD MENTION THAT HE'S GENERALLY REALLY INVISIBLE SO OFTENTIMES, NO ONE NOTICES HIM '-'! for those who aren't familiar with Kuroko's canon
